What if we stop having a ball?
What if the paint chips from the wall?
What if there's always cups in the sink?
And what if I'm not what you think I am?

What if I fall further than you?
What if you dream of somebody new?
What if I never let you win
And chase you with a rolling pin?
Well, what if I do?

'Cause I am giving up on making passes and
I am giving up on half empty glasses and
I am giving up on greener grasses
I am giving up

What if our baby comes in after nine?
What if your eyes close before mine?
What if you lose yourself sometimes?
Then I'll be the one to find you, safe in my heart

'Cause I am giving up on making passes and
I am giving up on half empty glasses and
I am giving up on greener grasses
I am giving

'Cause I am giving up
(I am giving up)
'Cause I am giving up
(I am giving up)

I am giving up on greener grasses
I am giving up for you, oh oh
I am giving up for you, oh oh
I am giving up

When do you give up and stop trying to make the impossible possible?

...Brilliant...
Natalia's response:
"But what if there is a fire?!"

....you better be good at mazes.

 MGB

a wonderful little anecdote...

My dearest friend Heather is such a wonderful person.  She never fails to surprise me with all her little quirks and the other day was no exception.  She texted me to see if I was at home because she was going to stop by to say hi.  I told her that we were at the store but would be home soon, so she decided to wait.  As I pull up to house, I see a red figure rocking in our rocking chair.  Heather was hiding herself completely in her sleeping bag and rocking violently waiting to scare us.  I nearly peed my pants laughing at seeing this red blob and I only have Heather to thank for making my day.

...Ohhhhhh Heather...

THESAURUS:
a book of alternate words........or an extinct monster?

I have always wondered.
I am rather fond of Elsa Schiaparelli ever since learning about her in a commercial design class last year. She made the skeleton dress on the top as a comment on women's issues with their weight.  Her shoes hat is also brilliant, I like things that are other things, that makes no sense but ya.

I also became interested in Isabella Blow when I read her biography written by her husband.  She was a character...I like characters, they are more fun than regular people.

Lastly, Philip Treacy, he made hats for Ms Blow and continues to creates amazing works of art on top of peoples' heads.  We should start wearing more hats.

Welcome Ladies and Gents to my arena of self importance, where I shall assign value to certain things in my life and display them despite the lack of interest of those around me.  Never did I think I would be "cool enough" to have one of these, however I seek to prove myself incorrect.  Just like Lawrence, the sad, slightly rotund Asian kid from School of Rock who feels that he lacks the cool factor and then learns the keyboard instead of the piano and BOOM...cool.

To all those whom I have somehow convinced that this blog is worth reading...enjoy!
